Notarizations require either a jurat or an acknowledgement certificate. If you are unsure which certificate you require, please consult the entity requiring the notarization. Notaries are unable to recommend a certificate to you. Please ensure you have current identification. If you require a jurat, please do no sign your document until you are in the presence of a notary.
Notaries are also loan signing agents certified to assist you with executing your loan documents. We are contracted by real estate professionals and loan signing services to facilitate the loan signing portion of the real estate transaction.
IPEN loan signings are similar to a traditional paper-based loan signing with one exception: the documents being notarized are electronic. During an IPEN signing, the signer and notary meet face-to-face, walk through the documents on a computer or mobile device, and use an electronic signature in place of an ink signature.
Notaries are also trust delivery agents certified to assist you with executing your estate planning documents. We are contracted by lawyers and estate planning professionals to facilitate the notarization of the estate planning documents.
An Apostille is an authentication certificate, issued by the Secretary of State or Department of State to be used outside the US. The Apostille certificate is attached to your original document to verify it is authentic allowing it to be accepted in countries that are members of the Hague Convention.
Wedding officiant services should be planned well in advance to ensure you reserve the date you want. Wedding officiants are often booked 1-3 months in advance. Keep in mind marriage licenses are only valid for 90 days after issued. Couples need to have at least one witness that was present at the ceremony sign the marriage license.
Marriage license signings are 30-minute appointments and typically only have the couple and their witness(es). The wedding officiant will solemnize the marriage, obtain signatures from the couple and witness(es) and return the marriage license to the county recorder within 10 days of the wedding ceremony.
Wedding officiant participation in wedding rehearsals are by request only and is no more than 60-minutes. The wedding officiant will run through the program as many times required within the 60 minutes.
Wedding officiant consultations are required for traditional 60-minute wedding ceremonies and require the couple to attend. This is an opportunity to discuss the details and wishes of the ceremony. This is also an opportunity for the wedding officiant to get to know the couple to ensure the ceremony meets the couple's expectations.
